I am trained in Peruvian Shamanism, have Munay Ki Rites and have sat with wise elders on many continents.  This sacred, earth-based energy medicine resonates deeply in my bones and soul and has helped me greatly on my own healing journey.  I offer illumination, soul retrieval, dense energy extraction and bands of power.  Please see the Energy Medicine section for more details on these healing practices.

Join me for a 4 week heart-centered beginners meditation practice.  

Tuesdays starting October 14th 

7-8 pm EST 

You will learn: 

• Meditation basics
• Breathing techniques
• Experience different heart focused meditation styles

You will feel:

• More relaxed and peaceful 
• More heart centered
• More confident meditating 

This series is a great way to commit to a regular meditation practice

I'm offering this session in-person in Mulmur, Ontario
