Wellness coaching is a collaborative experience. Together we explore the root of the behaviours you would like to change and design a plan to achieve your wellness wishes. Wellness plans may involve energy medicine, nutrition care, reading and movement suggestions and so on. I have access to a network of wellness providers for collaboration and inspiration.

You share what's on your mind, and I will listen deeply. I work with my mesa (a sacred bundle that houses charged stones and special objects used for healing, ceremony, and prayer). Every healer's mesa is unique. Your chosen stone will be placed on one of your seven chakra points. The healing stone will absorb energy that no longer serves you. Energetic points on your body will be stimulated to help the release of energy from your system. To finish a session your chakras will be infused with love and light and your stone will be cleansed and returned to my mesa. I will track your body's energy and if more energy needs to be released, moved, or shifted, I will do that. Your session will end with a guided meditation designed specifically for your energetic needs. Clients report a sense of peace and wellbeing after an energy medicine session.

The goal of a holistic nutrition session is to re-establish optimal health and well-being.
What happens during a holistic nutrition session?
Together we gather information about your current dietary habits and discuss the changes you would like to see. From this information an individual nutrition care plan is designed for you.
I work within a non-diet, weight inclusive paradigm.

The stages of menopause (pre/peri, and post) provide fertile ground for physical, emotional, and spiritual change that oftens lacks a forum for true expression. The intent of the Pause Party! is to provide a safe, laid-back container where you can let loose, move and give voice to your unique experience. We will begin the morning with a wise woman sharing circle followed by an expressive art activity.
From there we will stretch and move into a soulful JourneyDance experience. We will complete the morning with a closing circle and a shared light lunch (vegan friendly).

JourneyDance™ is a transformational dance form that combines freestyle and structured movement to inspire you to get out of your mind and into your body. I fell in love with JourneyDance when I walked into the free noon dance class at the Omega Institute in Rinebeck New York. Turns out the instructor that day was Toni Bergins the creator of JourneyDance! I felt so free and happy moving around the room in a way that was right for me and my body (not prescribed by a teacher). It was exhilarating and cathartic at the same time! Right away I knew I had to train and bring it to Canada. In 2013 I received my certificate acknowledging that I had successfully completed Modules One,Two, and Three of JourneyDance teacher training conferring the title of JourneyDance Certified Facilitator. Since 2013 I have taught JourneyDance at women's retreats, private women's gatherings, and have hosted regular community classes.
JourneyDance can be taught online and I am willing to offer that if the interests is there.
