Illumination is an ancient Shamanic practice which believes that emotional, genetic, and karmic wounds leave dense imprints in our luminous energy field (your luminous energy field holds the template for wholeness/health). These heavy imprints can lead to emotional and physical imbalances or dis-ease. Healing these imprints brings us back to our wholeness and light.  Imprints are released from your chakras using Kuyas (charged stones), sound and vibration.  

Soul retrieval is the process of recovering our essential whole self that has been lost as the result of pain and/or trauma. On your behalf I journey to the lower world and discover the source of the soul loss (wound or dysfunction) and any contracts that keep that story locked in your system. In partnership with lower world guides these contracts are released and gifts and wholeness are returned. 

Sometimes we have heavy, dense energy that crystalizes in our body and isn't removed by the Illumination process. These denser energies can exacerbate psychological and physical symptoms. Removing or extracting dense, crystalized energy happens using Vogel crystals and other ancient extraction techniques. 

Bands of Power are rites that organize the light in your luminous energy field into bands of colour (power) that resonate with the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and spirit. These rites are gifted to an individual to offer protection against the toxic and chaotic energy around us; and to help dismantle the false protection/armor we have created based on stories of fear and separation.
