I'm a 55 year old mother of two young women.  I've been partnered to my honey for over 30 years.  I love hiking. dancing and hugging trees.

I have walked (and continue to walk) the Peruvian medicine wheel of shamanic healing with the creation of a mesa, or sacred healing bundle.  I have completed two six week shamanic energy medicine trainings, and have received all Munay-Ki rites.  

I have completed 3 levels of Akashic record training with the Rasa Healing Network and have been reading records with regularity for the past year. 

I am also a certified JourneyDance facilitator and meditation teacher. 

I hold a BA from Trent University in Psychology and Women's Studies and a BASc in Nutrition from Toronto Metropolitan University (Ryerson).  I worked as a Registered Dietitian for 10 years in transplants and diabetes education.
