Join me for a 4 week heart-centered beginners meditation practice.  

Tuesdays starting October 14th 

7-8 pm EST 

You will learn: 

• Meditation basics
• Breathing techniques
• Experience different heart focused meditation styles

You will feel:

• More relaxed and peaceful 
• More heart centered
• More confident meditating 

This series is a great way to commit to a regular meditation practice

I'm offering this session in-person in Mulmur, Ontario 

Investment is $60 for 4 week session.  

Minimum 4 people for the series to take place.
